Cille Scents Return & Refund Policy

At Cille Scents, we pour our heart and soul into crafting each candle with care and attention. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as we want to make sure both you and your candles are treated with the utmost care.

Eligibility for Returns:

 Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

 Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

 Used candles or candles with visible signs of burning.

 Custom or special-order items unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Products: If your candle arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at joselys.cillescents@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order details within 7 days of delivery.

2. Incorrect Items: If we accidentally sent the wrong product, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

Process for Refunds:

 Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

 We absorb most shipping costs to provide affordable rates to our customers. As such, we cannot cover return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you may initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.

Restocking Policy: We do not restock candles that have been discontinued, so be sure to grab your favorite scents while they’re available!
